( It was too good to be true. Kon was back, and the first thing he’d done was to find Tim, and tell him he loved him. )

Garfield may not be hers any longer, but Raven has someone else in mind.

( With emotions as unknown to her as most women were to men, Raven supposed she couldn’t have been surprised that she overlooked the true depth of the love between Victor and Garfield. )

Rose observes her team after Superboy comes back to life, and Bart comes back to the Titans. She concludes that good things come in threes - at least when it comes to superheroes.

( “This is so weird,” Eddie said, and Rose had to agree. Not the fact that the New Year had given many dead superheroes a return to life; that was almost par for the course, and a welcome change from the opposite having happened so many times in recent memory. No, what was weird was… )

Tim knows Cassie isn’t right for him. It isn’t until she shows him, that he realizes someone else is.

( Two broken people just couldn’t fix each other by being together. )

TT #50. Rose flirts, and even she’s not sure whether she means it. But Eddie knows one thing for sure: they’re friends.

Lian has an important chat with Tim. It’s something Roy should have asked.

( At first he’d been amused, but taking in the determined look on Lian’s face - so like Roy’s, that expression, only younger, but just as uncertain - Tim grew…not worried, but…watchful. )

Tim offers to go to the store for Rose. This wouldn’t be anything special, except it’s that time of the month.

( “I’m pretty sure we have Midol in the infirmary,” he said. They had to have some. Rose and Wendy may have been the only girls on the current team, but the Tower was still stocked from when Kory, Raven and Cassie were there full-time. )

Post Teen Titans #45. Cass is at loose ends; impulsively, Jason takes her with him.

( Cass wasn’t his anything, but he’d been Robin and she’d been Batgirl, so Jason told her she could come with him when he left the fake Tower. )

Rose was there, but now Kon is back. And now Rose and Kon have something in common - namely, keeping Tim from angsting.

( With Kon back, Tim felt the split inside himself, of divided loyalties. )
